Fees

Every project is unique in its scope of work and individual requirements.

In order to appropriately evaluate the cost of completing any building project, large or small, de Beer Building Design will need to meet with the Client to clarify the Client brief and the scope of work to be undertaken.

All new Clients are offered an obligation free consultation during which all facets of the project are clarified.

A written fee proposal is then given to the Client outlining the costs associated with each stage of the work involved. A fee agreement is included which outlines the Client's brief, the Designer's scope of work and the set fee for the project.
